For owners of the Flywoo Explorer LR, requesting if anyone out there could share their CLI file and some all applicable screen shots of their various configurations in Betaflight for their Explorer. My Explorer flies beautiful! Good GPS signal lock, I get proper longitude and latitude. Flying with a TBS Crossfire nano receiver. I've set up everything as instructed and looked at all the videos I can, but still it's just not working. I must be missing something obvious.
Hello Oscar, please reference the attached .PDF file (please let me know if you can't open it) that shows all my Betaflight Tabs.
Also, yes I have my GPS Rescue mode set up to a switch (AUX3) on my Taranis QX7S. I can get my Failsafe to respond in Betaflight (box turns yellow) as shown in my attachment. I just can't get the GPS Rescue to turn yellow when inside the sliders. It's very weird, I have tried everything. Thank you.
Why do you have Failsafe and GPS Rescue both set up on the AUX3 switch that covers the same switch region? Betaflight is probably getting confused and that is most likely your issue. Just delete the Failsafe mode. You don't need it. Then test GPS Rescue again using the switch.

Hi SnowLeopard, sorry about that.
Ok, so I deleted Failsafe on AUX3, and saved. Then went back into Failsafe page and set AUX 3 GPS Rescue to Set at 2000, and saved and rebooted. And also tried setting GPS Rescue to HOLD. Both times I went into my Modes page and although the indicator moves into the slider, the box still doesn't turn yellow. This seems like a strange problem. Thanks for helping.

Yes. You can't use an AUX channel for RSSI that is used for something else. Your previous post didn't show that.
Also, you don't need to configure AUX3 (GPS Rescue) to be set to a specific value when a failsafe kicks in. The way you have configured failsafe, your failsafe IS GPS Rescue, so there is no need to set the AUX3 (GPS Rescue) switch position value for that.
Ok thanks! Just to make sure I understand, I deleted GPS RESCUE from Modes - AUX 3, and only have FAILSAFE on AUX 3... So now my "GPS RESCUE" will activate when AUX 3 is switched into range (although it says FAILSAFE in Modes). Also, if I ever go into Failsafe mode, I should switch AUX 3 so that when I regain control, I can manually flip AUX 3 back to be ready to take over control. I believe I'm interpreting this correctly.

A failsafe switch is really just to test the failsafe procedure, otherwise it has no real use. I would delete the FAILSAFE mode and add the GPS RESCUE mode back.
GPS Rescue mode and GPS Rescue failsafe are two completely separate things:-
With GPS Rescue mode on a switch it allows you to manually put the quad into "return to home" mode (i.e. if you lose video signal). As the quad gets closer you can switch off GPS Rescue mode and take back manual control again. If you don't do that it will automatically descend slowly to the home point until it crashes gently.
With GPS Rescue configured for failsafe, if a failsafe condition occurs (your receiver loses connection with the controller), the quad will automatically begin GPS Rescue and start to return home. Once GPS Rescue is initiated by a failsafe condition, there is no way to manually switch it off, not even with the GPS Rescue mode switch. What does happen however is that as soon as the receiver gets a signal back from your controller it will automatically switch out of GPS Rescue mode and back to manual mode, so you have to watch and be ready to take over manual control as soon as that happens.
Thank you Snow Leopard, I'm going to make a short video showing what's going on as I'm still having a problem getting GPS Rescue to activate in Betaflight. This is a strange problem.

Hello mlang, Please tell me you got your GPS rescue working, also please tell me you did not commit to that CLI dump the other guy gave you.
If you actually did do the dump and your platform still flies I’ll be shocked and amazed. Never perform a dump that size without backing your original.
ANYHOW- have you gotten your FS working yet ? Let me know what the problem was if you’ve got time .
Thank you .
BTW- I just picked up the explorer V2 and it is the best of the three sub 250 platforms I already own IE the 4” chimera and the 4” crocodile mini..
