What are you saying is happening?

I only can make out that you are pushing throttle and it goes forward and up.

What do you mean by: motor directions are well set? Do you mean they are spinning the correct direction? Meaning the front two are spinning in and back are spinning out (or reversed if you have props out)?

If they are spinning the correct way and the quad is moving forward and up when you move the throttle, what else are you saying is wrong?

The only thing besides what was mentioned above (and you should definitely check that, you also don't say what TX you are using!!!) could be many things. So, it helps if you provide as much detail as possible.

Are your props on correctly? Are the motors spinning correctly? Is your roll and pitch mapped correctly? It sounds like your pitch is correct if you are able to move forward...

More infos please, so we can get you off the ground.

Possible causes.

Battery is too far forward making it lean forward, giving it forward tilt?
Control map is wrong (as mentioned above).
You haven't calibrated the quad correctly.
Your radio's pitch stick is not calibrated correctly or has jammed slightly forward. Recalibrate the radio and check it in BF.
You did something stupid in BF. Reflash stock firmware and reapply original dump. Then check it flies ok or not.
