Hi all, any help appreciated. Anyone know where I can still get a faceplate for my Fat Shark Dominator v3 goggles? I can't understand why I can't find one anymore.

Unfortunately due to Brexit, the FatShark service centre that was based in the UK (Weymouth) was shut down.

That was the main European centre for FatShark product spares and repairs, and I'm not aware of any other FatShark repair centre that has opened up in it's place. It seems that since being taken over by Red Cat, FatShark no longer cares for it's European customer so you now have to send your goggles back to China for repair, and try to buy any spare parts direct from China.

The best you can do is try contacting FatShark support and ask where you can purchase a new faceplate. Don't expect a quick reply though because is seems that FatShark has now gone to the dogs and they are known to take an age to get back to you (if they actually do). I think the best you can likely expect is have to buy one from China, assuming they still actually manufacture or have some.

Thanks for your advice Snow, and that's exactly what I have done. I'll just see how long it takes for them to get back to me.
