so im trying to fly my brand new tinyhawk freestyle 2 and when i try to fly it hovers 5cm over the ground then cuts the motors any suggestions as to why? It also freaks out

It should NOT do that, if it is configured in betaflight correctly and it lifts and hovers.. THEN drops out.. not normal..
questions- battery? New? Fresh charge? Size?
Any “changes” made in betaflight? What controller are u using? What is ur experience in fpv/RC ?

The batteries are brand new! 450mah r tattu line fresh charge im using a radiomaster tx16s hall, far is i can tell you im a beginner in fpv but i can learn! Everything in betaflight is setup correctly, didnt change settings just setup. Everything else is default, i thought maybe it could be airmode that causes this iv,e read from others on reddit.

Don’t get discouraged.. fpv is a very deep rabbit hole..
There is a wealth of information online...
Airmode yes, can cause issues, turn it off and see if it helps.. keep us posted..
You seem like ur on a good path..

Do you know why my drone spins in circles and why my bind wont let me arm i have to rebind to arm??

Spins in circles? Recalibrate on a flat side face perhaps?and for not arming unless u re-bind...
Well I’m guessing ur AIO is possibly AFU...
Not sure where u purchased it, but you should NOT be having these kind of issues with a properly working NEW quad..

im having the same issue pretty much with both my drones i dont get it man... what do you mean aio is afu ? what does aio mean ?

Aio. All in one. Flight controller, vtx esc

Wait, if u have more than one quad, and u are having THE SAME issue with BOTH...I’m guessing the problem may be the controller...
Do u by chance have a sim program on a computer? Try using the controller in the sim.. see how it responds.. also, Bind and plug the quad into betaflight, go to the PIDS/ RATES..what does the quad on the screen do? Does it “spin” like ur quad, how does it respond to the controller input?

It doesent spin in betaflight its wierd but when i try to fly it goes up then does 180.. cuts power its wierd

circles and throttle-cut might be something different.
can you show us a dvr? do you get osd warnings?

if you plug in the battery and connect to bfconfigurator, do you get solid rx signal? or does the bars jump around?
there is also a 3d model, show the movement from the inputs.
trim if you they arent centered close to 1500 for roll yaw and pitch

Im sending it to a drone repair shop maybe they can fix it

didnt know that exists and could make sense about repair-price and product-price tell us how it turns out
