does not hold the angle
#1
Hello, please help. Does not hold the angle. The drone flies forward himself.

I have a problem with the new GePRC Cygnet 145mm drone from Banggood. I bought it without a receiver. Soldered FrSky R9mini. For the first time, the drone didn't fly at all. I had to virtually rotated the board in betaflight. I dont know why it was rotated. I see the arrow on the board is in right orientation from the beginning. I didn't physically rotate with the controller. That's how it came from Banggood. But I couldn't fly until I set this value (270° YAW). I have not received any instructions from the manufacturer.

I calibrated everything in Betaflight. The accelerometer, ESC, has checked that the radio has a midpoint of 1500, Endpoint is 1100 and 1900. But the copter still flies forward by itself. Quite fast. At about 10°. I don't know what to do with it anymore. Maybe some interference?!

Radio endpoint are from 1100 to 1900. On Betaflight are 1100 to 1900.

First time I flashed it to last firmware 4.1.1.

Then Betaflight asked me if I wanted to set up a pre-set setting. I confirmed yes.

The Quad leans immediately. He never keeps his balance.

I think these videos will answer your questions. The reality is, these quads don't have baro and GPS for position and altitude hold. You will still get some drifting.

I had more quads. From multiwii to betaflight based (kingkong 110gt) and no sh..ts leveled like this. Its realy not normaly. You can see how much the copter flies forward without correction. Apparently it is difficult to see from the video. Simply the copter will fly steeply forward in one direction. The only thing I can think of is interference from the engines.

Can you elaborate on your endpoints? Radio endpoints should be 1000-2000.

Sorry for mistake - radio endpoints are on 1000 and 2000. Betaflight endpoints 1100 and 1900.

I still recommend you stick trim it like the video.
