I guess you have nothing to lose by trying to read them with BLHeliSuite and see if the ESC layout is recognised. Did you try it to see what happens? In the worst case you just won't get any communication between the FC and ESCs if you select a protocol that isn't supported by the ESCs. If there is then that "LS" pad is indeed the for the LED Strip.
