DJI Channel # Goes Red

Every now and then my channel number (I use ch 3) turns red in the goggles.  Is this indicative of a poor connection or something else?

I think it's just to tell you that your signal is getting low. I'm not sure what the cutoff is but it's set quite conservatively. Just keep an eye on when your bitrate starts dropping below 10Mbps and consider turning back.
