DiaTone GTB339 Crossfire setup
#1
Hi Everyone,

I have just got a GTB339 and was looking to see if i could put a crossfire receiver on this, but seems their are not enough spare uarts i found this on oscars page
https://oscarliang.com/diatone-f4-nano-fc-stack/

To setup Crossfire Nano receiver:
resource PPM 1 none
resource ESCSERIAL 1 none
resource SERIAL_TX 1 none

then
resource SERIAL_TX 1 B09
and it works.

I thought soft serial did not work with crossfire ? also I'm not sure which pads to solder to any body got any ideas.
thanks

i didnt watch it, i did a short overlook by scroll into the middle video. i thought he was speaking english, i didnt watch well at all.

crossfire needs a tx and rx pad, because of that, i guess softserial wont work.
you can choose any uart, you just need both pads of the one you like to use, as example tx1 and rx1.

lol Did you mean you can use any uart as long as it's uart 1 :-) on this quad. (I Never had a quad with just 1 uart before)
lucky they included a harness with a plug on that works on uart1 with the crossfire i just needed to change protocols in BF.
