Can you please run both the "dump" and "diff all" commands in the Betaflight Configurator CLI tab and copy/paste the results back here.

Please also post some good clear photos of the actual wiring and connections between your receiver and flight controller.

All of your Betaflight settings look fine and your wiring connections are correct, but the solder joints look really precarious and you have solder splatter and other debris on the surrounding pads. I wouldn't be surprised if the issue is caused by a bad/dry solder joint or a short circuit to other pads caused by debris / stray solder splatter.

The first thing I would do is to de-solder the wires and completely re-do them. Clean up all the pads with solder wick including the adjacent ones and then re-solder the wires using 60/40 or 63/37 leaded solder (not lead-free solder which is generally useless), and plenty of additional flux to make the solder flow nicely. I also suggest a soldering temperature of 350-400°C. Once re-soldered, clean the whole area with Isopropyl alcohol. Then use a multimeter in continuity (beep) mode to check that you have no short circuits between any two of the 5V, GND, R2 and T2 pads.

Thanks for the fast help I'll definitely try that Tomorrow and let you know if that fixed it.
