Hey Chris, did you send this bad boy yet?

No John, I haven't had the time.  Between work, caring for my wife and traveling to obtain some of the certifications I need to participate in the UAV program here at work, I just have not had t he time.  I would have to travel about 40 minutes from here to do a long range (5K+) and stay in class G airspace.  I've been out about 1K, but that can be done with one of my 5 inchers.  When I built the thing I didn't know life was gonna get so complicated and I would probably have pushed the build back a bit had I known.  I am hoping to give it a shot this summer.  Thanks for asking.

Sorry things aren't going as planned, Chris.  And understandably taking care of your wife and other issues are the priority.  I really look forward to the flight of your quad.  It is a beautiful build.  If you do fly it and I don't respond to your post about that flight, poke me.  Sometimes I'm away from the forum and I have missed things in the past.
