It can never hurt to add extra capacitors if you have the space. I assume that you're powering the Vista direct from an unregulated / unfiltered voltage source (i.e. LiPo voltage)?

Conrad on YouTube swears that you should fit capacitors to both the FC and Air Unit / Caddx Vista unit to avoid any issues. So you're doing the right thing.
