Betaflight no seeing battery voltage
#1
Hello again,

My tinyhawk has suddenly stopped showing battery voltage in betaflight an in the osd. I had an issue with betaflight showing the wrong battery voltage and changed the BF/Battery setting from onboard ACDC to ESC and it worked for a few minutes and now it wont work at all. If  i change it back to Onboard ACDC still no voltage reads in the BF/Battery tab. I did not change anything in the CLI os I am not sure what happened.

Thanks in advance.

Do you see the wrong reading where the voltage supposed to be or do you not see anything? Do you see the correct voltage in BFC? Can you post a dump file?

No reading at all. I can post the dump this evening.....No reading in the BFC battery tab or in the osd...

I don't think the Tinkhawk ESC has telemetry. So you likely want to move it back to onboard ADC. Then we can look at why it doesn't work.

Your settings look good.

What voltage reading do you get in BFC when you plug in your lipo?

I dont get any voltage reading in bfc.

So, plugged into BFC, and plugged into lipo, your reading is 0.0V?

Have you tried reflashing the firmware? I would save a dump before you reflash.

yes, pluged into bfc and lipo pluged in I get no battery voltage in either the osd of the goggles or on the battery tab in bfc. I will try a re-flash to see if that fixes it....

Can you verify what Tinkhawk you have. The different quads have different firmware.

It is the RTF indoor one. The 1s white one.

I notice you have RSSI ADC switched on. It should be switched off on the TinyHawk 1S FC because that board doesn't have an RSSI ADC resource, so it being switched on might be causing some kind of conflict. Run the following command in the CLI to switch it off and see if doing that fixes your problem.

Code:
feature -RSSI_ADC
save
