Finally back after my annual loss of daylight and sanity.
After a bevy of technical issues and repairs on the old quad, I finally gained the soldering confidence to put together my very first ground-up build, and this is its first flight. The video description has the important parts of the setup listed.
Last september was my first FPV experience and I've been hooked ever since. The repairs have held me back a ridiculous number of times with my old quad (Wizard x220s turned Frankenquad). Now after an entire winter of simulators and a new level of comfort in my flying, I'll finally be able to tackle some ballsier freestyle locations this summer (within reason of course). My quad made it out of today's session unscathed, which was rare on my old build.
