Alas, more problems

So the PSU I bought from rdq is busted (doa) and I'm too impatient to wait for a new one, so I took one from an old PC (300w 12v) I rigged it so it doesn't switch off, and connected it to my isdt q8. However, my battery's cells are not all the same voltage, and something smells like smoke but it might just be my soldering iron...? Anyways, I'll attach some photos of the PSU setup and cell charges when I get my laptop.

:-o cover these wires xD

a lipo cell shouldnt get lower than 3v, they get permanent damage, they perform poor. not sure if that lipo will get usable anymore Undecided
storage charge it to 3,8v per cell. see if it gets back into balance. if you charge it again, take care while charging, check it a few times for anything unusual like heatup...

Yeah, might've destroyed a battery, only one cell shows up on the charger... Any way I can revive it?

All you can do is to try balance charging the LiPo to storage charge as hugnosed mentioned. Even if you can get that LiPo balanced charged it will likely never perform quite as well any more due to you having let the cell voltages drop below 3V. Once a cell drops below 3V it then sustains some permanent damage to the physical makeup of the cell itself. Always land when cell voltages are at 3.5V to give you a bit of spare overhead. That is 21V on a 6S LiPo.

OK thanks, very oddly when I plugged it in again, it read all six cells as 3.5 volts or something... not sure why, but all the batteries now read well into the 3.5 3.9v range.

And, one of the LED strips lit up during a couple of flights, and wasn't on for the rest...? So apparently not a wiring issue or software, or idk. Possible just the fact that it was about a dollar a piece from an obscure company that only has VTXs on their website. (pandarc)
