AI Drone Simulator - new sim

Yeah, of course it had to be Unreal since i have no experience with that.... :-)
Only Giant (Farming Sim) and Unity.

But i have installed Unreal now and will have it a go. There seems to be a lot of free landscape objects, foliage, trees and so on, to download and use.

And thanks for the new map!! You don't need to be a freestyler to enjoy that!

With the same weight, more air friction (drag) => more "air brake" when gravity pulls you down => more float

So a feather is floaty because it has huge air friction compared to its mass, but a lead ball the same weight is way less floaty because it has way less air friction (drag), so less "air brake" when going down, so it go down quicker to a faster speed.

I've never ever heard about such an opportunity. Thx to the developers and enthusiasts!

Thanks for the pilots helping to make to best sim we can =)

Honestly the more I think about it, the more I think paying pilots directly instead of google/FB/whatever is the best way to do a bit of promotion, plus we get awesome FPV vids !

A new request from a very satisfied AI Drone Sim pilot:

Is it difficult to implement some sort of Inav/Betaflight-like OSD?
For those of us that are not into freestyle or racing it would add to the IRL feeling a lot!

I'm a cruiser and to have a artificial horizon, maybe a home arrow, and so on, would be great.

ADS maybe can put a claim on the niche for longrange/long distance flightsims? I don't know if any other sim that has done that?

Hi Pappson,
It's doable to make some FC-like OSD (mostly artificial horizon ), and as it's requested quite a bit I will maybe do this this winter.
Already so many things to do tho Big Grin

How can I export a map/level from Unreal Engine and import it into AIDronesSimulator?
Any hints, keywords or videos? Smile
