118 FalconRad FPV (check him on youtube) designed the AOS Falcon 7 frame.
He mentioned in his videos that he did some vibration analysis and tests on the frame and he has flight videos to show the flight quality.
He seems to have tested a few combinations of parts that he recommends if you want to build it.
Getting the tune on a 7” can be tricky and so if you follow the designers build instructions you know you will get it right.

27 8mm arms on a 275mm 7" is overkill.
7" is just dipping toes of "big quad" and only first step away from Betaflight 5" defaults.
5 ways you might get Jello/vibrations.
1. Mark4 is only 5mm and 295mm..6mm preffered.. but also mportantly stiff "sandwich" to hold arms.
2. You toss 7" prop on your old 2207 motor. 7" props are much heavier and difficult to accelerate. For serious acro or strong wind resiliance consider FPVCycle31xx motor.
3. Soft mount = good. right? It lowers amplitude but springy material will also lower the vibration frequency = bad. On 7" makes little difference but >10" its probably better to hard mount.
4. Dont forget the lowESR. On 3" you can use pretty much anything. Any 220uF will do. Heck most people fly without it. On 5" it makes a difference.. but even more on 7". Rapid changes in ESC /motor-rpm create huge spikes and feedback as "noise".
5. I do this 10-20x a week. You crash a 3" toothpick. Bend prop. Keep flying. Heck half the time you dont even bother to bend it back.. and ignore the jitters.
On 7" or bigger, prop balance is even more important.

0 I have 2 BQE bandalero 7” and love them both. One is long range 20 min on a 3300 5s with 4mm arms and my other one is for ripping around with some crazy brother hobby motors on 6mm arms.

0 FWIW I have a AOS Falcon 7 and love it. It's video always come back smooth with stabilization off on my gopro8. A bit heavier, but it covers ground quick and flies well. I also have a Super G Plus that I like to cruise around fast and the Falcon is honestly smoother.
