5” Diatone Roma L5 Long Range

vista is a bit a dealbreaker for ul, more about space than weight.
the second frame "oryp5" would match. it has a mount for an aio and there should be enough space for a vista on top.

there are a lot other good ul frames outthere. rotorbuilds.com is a great source for build examples.

spacy and ul bites eachother, but overall there isnt much space needed. bottom mounted battery and a gps on the topplate works well.

there would be a more heavy frame, the "rekon5" personal i dont like it, wont suggest it... but as you look at the design and space - it matches that. its less durable and not able to provide performance like a druckbear or the oryp frame, versatility isnt great for this purpose.

i would suggest two builds, one just cant do two different things nicely. or you could aim one discipline.

a frame for a lightweight endurance wuad should be between at max 45g, better 20g, in my view.

Agree.

You gotta realize its always compromises.

It seems everybody thinks they are clever and now invented a new quad that the whole community missed. Great at everything. Not gonna happen.

There is spectrum how agressive you want to save weight.. likewise how "tanky" you want build.

Instead of 2 mediocre quads. Build 2 good specialized quads.

Your build looks good. 2203.5 is excellent motor. FC and RX good.

I have 51433 51466 and probably 10+ others.

When overpropped.. you really dont want heavy triblade. Obviously even frankenstein with mix of 4", 5" props can slow fly. BF PID is remarkable. You are asking too much. Motors will lag a lot making tuning difficult and prop wash bad.

BTW 51433 - Its labeled "efficient" for 2207. Context here is key.
