I thought I had made a build thread for this quad, but I can't find it. I apologize for creating a duplicate build if it is out there somewhere...
This is a 2S 85mm whoop build. The following is the current parts list.
Frame - URUAV UR85/UR85HD 85mm
Flight Controller - Happymodel X12 5-in-1 F4 12A ELRS w/400mW VTX
Motors - HGLRC AEOLUS 1102 10000kv
Props - HQ Prop Durable T2x2x4 Quad-Blade 2"
Camera - Foxeer Toothless 2 Nano
Canopy - Eachine DE65 PRO Canopy
VTX Antenna - HGLRC Mini Hammer 5.8GHz U.FL RHCP
Battery Connector - XT30
I actually built this some time ago and just recently had a motor go bad. I have some Happymodel 1102 9000kv motors in the drawer so I tried using that to replace the bad motor and it seems to fly fine. While taking a closer look at everything, I noticed that one of the original motors is actually 18000kv instead of 10000kv (I have only bought four of their motors so they must have sent one 18000kv by mistake)... The text on the motor is not printed the greatest and really need a magnafying glass to see the difference between the 0 and an 8. Aparently the flight controller made up for the difference somehow. Also, I would have thought that the higher kv motor would have failed first being that it is running on 2S.
Anyway, I ordered another two motors so I now have a full set of identical 10000kv motors.
I still have to put the two new motors in and the weather here is turning not so good for flying, but I will try to get some flight footage when I can...
