cheap isnt nice, inexpensive is the goal :-)
good list of inexpensive aios. the darwin aio can use 1s either.

the reliable aio i use seems long time with many different motors was the heavy jhemcu f411 30a 3-4s for 30$ backthan, the hglrc 20x20mm 35a 3-6s and the pyrodrone 2-4s hv 12a ... all might be not available anymore.
astonishing pyrodrone aio, the fets couldnt be smaller but it holdsup seems years.

I have a friend who likes to say: something this cheap can’t be bad. But he says this about sneakers or jeans.

Currently the choices for me are the BetaFPV 2-3S 20A (£45) and TuneRC Poly 2-4S 20A (£50). But if the Darwin 1-3S 15A is available, they tend to sell for about £40 in the UK and that would be my go to. But I also have several of the 1S and 2S BetaFPV FC's, several of the 2-4S 12A HM Crazybee's and a couple of the Crazybee F3's. None of which i paid more than £35 for (each). In fact back last year i was buying the BFPV 12A v2 boards for £32 and the 5A for £30.

If the criteria was 30A minimum ESC, in a 25x25 format. Then I know of none that cheap. If 20x20 is included, then there are a couple that are less than £50.

Things to consider:

1. UART for GPS / digital.

2. Voltage and amp rating. Personally, I always prefer 4S 20A+, otherwise cant use AIO for other quads.

3. Blackbox

4. easy pads. No close spaced rows

5. Gyro. I ve been struggling to tune quads with ICM 42688P.

More minor factors.
1. Weight

2. 10V and digital plug

3. F7 vs F405 vs F411 etc

4. 3.3V or SBUS pads (literally everybody on ELRS by now)

5. How easy to repair
