VTX Burned out
#1
I'd recently bought a PandaRC Video Transmiter VT5804-BAT and I'd forgotten to plug in VTX antenna with 800wM under my betaflight

default settings when powered on. Of cause It do happened to cause my VTX module to degraded output in signal range(My FPV
Google detect very low in signal range).

I'd reliased the power amplifier chip was totally burned which is known as 'SiGe 5004L' chip.

After I'd been done several diagnostic test on this chip at below:

VCC1, VCC2, VCC3 - 4.98 volt (comply)
Vref - 2.74 volt (comply)
SP1, SP2 - 2.74 volt

Occiloscopt test (under 5 volt, x10, 200ms) :

RF In - Wave found
RF Out - Wave not found

Finally, I could concluded that this 5004L was totally fried out.

I decided to manually replace a new one and My Question is here,

- Does this chip required to be program before use liked MCU?

It doesn't look like you will need to program it.
