Why does the Elrs configuration not support apple=ISO?

I guess you mean iOS (not ISO). The native ExpressLRS Configurator isn't available for Android devices either.

If you have an Apple iOS device, download the SpeedyBee app and have a look under the Toolbox section to see if ELRS Configurator is available in that, because it's present in the Android version of the SpeedyBee app.
