freerider is an inexpensive old but nice sim, doesnt require much resources.
velocidrone is another more modern sim with a huge community, it doesnt require to much resources either, can be adjusted alot. go for velocidrone, give the demo of freerider a try, there is just one track on the demo version.

I found flowstate in steam is minimal graphics, cheap, and helped me progress with acro.. I’m limited to. Old laptop .. it operates liftoff for about 10-15 seconds before it starts lagging..

I learned how to fly in FPVFreerider Recharged. I have created a bunch of custom maps for it as well and are available free for download. They work in Android as well but it has to be the "Recharged" version.
Another new sim to consider is AI Drone Simulator.

So fpvfreerider is only for Android right ?

Fpvfreerider recharged is another version ?  Rolleyes

Because I saw now there are 2 different versions of that game, one is maybe older and another much new ?

For the newest there is not a demo version I think that I try to see if work with my phone.

Would be interesting to understand if difference is just in graphics or not ?

AI drone simulator is for Android ?

FPV Freerider for Windows and macOS can be found on Steam... Freerider was released in 2015 and the recharged version was released in 2016. The last updates for either of those were released back in 2018.

AI Drone Simulator (also on Steam HERE) needs some reasonable graphics processing power so may not be suitable for low powered machines.

Be aware that VelociDrone used to be friendly to low powered machines but recent upgrades have made it less friendly in that respect. It might still be usable but you won't know until you try it, and unfortunately VelociDrone no longer offers a trial, but you can get a refund as long as you request it within 24 hours of purchase.

FPV freerider and recharged should run also on an intel core i3 7 gen notebook version ?

Yes. It should run on that spec machine with no issues.

Don't forget that with Steam games you can get a "no questions asked" refund within 14 days as long as you haven't played the game for more than 2 hours of elapsed time. So that allows you to try a game / sim out and if you don't like it or it doesn't run well on your machine you can just request a refund.

Give dronesitter sim a try. By tweaking the render performance to 60, you can run it even on a cheap phone. Here's the link to the sim, it's browser based, so you don't need to download anything either: https://dronesitter.com/sim

FPV.Skydive and CurryKitten both work well with low power machines.

There have been some updates since, but mainly bug fixes.  The developer is still active on itch.io and occasionally posts on the Freerider help page.

Also Freerider and Freerider Recharged both work on Linux, or at least they work on both Debian and Devuan (that i have tested and still run on).  As for what hardware I have run them on.  Lowest is an i3 2312M with Intel HD 2000 and 6GB Ram.  Recharged runs ok on medium settings, on that laptop.
