OK, so this is mostly venting more than anything... 

I have this series of 3 videos that I am trying to make from a trip that I took the last 2 weeks. I put together the first video and while the flying is just "OK" the edits I was really proud of! It was a decent video and sort of lined up with my desire to get better at editing. 

So I did my typical music search on youtube for music policies... The second song in the video (it's a longer video) is by "Dada Life" called "Feed the Dada". (for anyone who doesn't know Dada they're kind of high-energy house/EDM... it's good music). It said that the Radio Edit isn't allowed to play in the US... I thought "fine, I have the album version I wont have any problems since none of the other versions are showing as being blocked anywehre".... 


Wouldn't you know it... this video that I put like 3 hours of editing into is identifying as having the radio edit... The problem is my edits flow with the MUSIC!!!!! I have cuts and fades and all kinds of stuff that I did to align with specific parts of the song, like as it would transition from a high to low energy section etc.... So I thought "maybe another song at the same tempo" but no... it doesn't line up... 

Now I have to re-edit the second half of this video entirely

I already completed the edits... I am waiting until I have the second one finished before posting the first on here. It works OK with the updated song even if it's not timed as great and only took about a half hour to fix (not counting rendering time which I did 3 times because of various things I wanted to fix after the fact)
