Xracer f303 V2 - buzzer pad got ripped off
#1
During today's flights the buzzer stopped working. As arrived home checked the solderings and realised the negative pad of the buzzer is missing from the board. The FC and the buzzer are deep inside the body I have no idea how could that happen and now looking for a solution to be able to continue using this board.
I don't know if it's a warranty issue or not and don't have a clue what kind of workaround could be applied.
I would appreciate any help, thanks!

Can you carefully scratch the soldermask off of copper trace and solder to that? After that you should reinforce it with epoxy.

Other method is to solder a super tiny wire to a super tiny F3 chip leg. Easier said than done.

Also, CC3D has a method of rerouting buzzer signal to pin6 (set enable_buzzer_p6 = ON), I don't really know if this works in X-racer .hex, but if it doesn't you could try to recompile it. Unfortunately I'm too dumb to help you with this Wink Also buzzer needs modding in this case.
Find me on Youtube and Instagram. I currently fly: NOX5, NOX5RAirblade Assault 130 and drive a scrap RC car

I've never had a Xracer FC, but can't you remap the buzzer to a one of the rc out pins?

Guys,
thanks for the answers. Remapping looks to be a good idea I'll try to ask it in the good old V2 topic.
