Hey guys i got another question for you how would you set up a ppm for the xracer f303 v3.1 i cannot find anything on it any help would be nice.

Everything is in this topic, board scheme is on page 1. PPM is usually on ch1

PPM seems to be broken for some targets of the actual development builds of betaflight 3.1.

Writing this just in case you're not using an official release version like 3.0 or 3.0.1, where it should work afaik.
