One of the requirements to take part in a giveaway is to become a forum "member". 

After you have registered and activated your account, you are not yet a member, but a "forum beginner".

To become a member, you must have a posts count greater than 20. Your status will be updated within 30 mins of your achievement.

Forum beginners don't have permission to reply to the threads in quite a few forum sections including "Forum Event", which means you will have to keep posting and become a member in order to participate in a giveaway or contest Smile
