One of the first spots me and my friend used to fly was pretty much surrounded by water... but once you feel your quad works somewhat reliably, it's not so hard to, say, cruise over water... tricks and stuff are another story. Wink But you can still see the lake in most of my vids, at least from far. Big Grin

My favourite kind of flight is freestyle and as we all know, probably carries the greatest risk of making a complete mess of things. Smile

Thankfully, the place where I normally fly is a short cut grassy field, so water is one less thing to worry about.

I'm from the southern part of Ontario, Canada, a small town called St. Thomas. Although I wish I could say St Thomas, Virgin Islands, as it's -10 and snowing today with no relief in sight. Grrrrrrrrr

I feel your pain. Our last batch of snow is melting at the moment, but that only means that the field where I fly has more in common with a mud bath than a nice grassy field. Sad
