What are the white pieces on the Micro Scisky?
#1
Micro Scisky board.

What are the two white pieces near the front?  I can see that they have something to do with power, but I'm not sure what exactly.
Can these be used to hook up a Cam/VTX?  Or LEDs?

SCL / SDL are the i2c port, TX/RX are the serial port...
in theory you can use the 5V to power something else, but I don't know how much current you can draw from it safely without burning...

What FPV setup have you got? If possible i think it's best to take power from LiPo directly.

I just bought (but haven't yet got) this camera from Newbeedrone.com.

So there's nothing you can do with these ports on the Micro Scisky? They are just there as connections on the board?

This camera/VTX takes 2.5V to 5V, so it's perfectly fine to solder the power cable to your battery connector pads on the Scisky FC (cut off the connectors).

There are several good articles on the Scisky at Micro-motor Wearhouse forums.  Here is one about those ports:

Many are using one of them for powering FPV setups.  Here's a video by AndyRC showing how he did it:
