There are a range of sellers on UK EBAY, offshore and flagged as UK stock, selling LiPo batteries for the Eachine E010 / JJRC H36 and other similar quadcopters/drones. These will mostly be purchased by parents for use by juveniles, such is the very successful long term on sale product.
For reasons unknown the battery construction method has been changed, and now the battery to lead terminations are poorly protected/insulated. The battery construction requires a reinforced tape band around over a flimsy transparent yellow end cover. Until recently this has been present, so no issues, this reinforced tape layer offering adequate protection, but now supply is coming through without the reinforcing tape.
The yellow transparent end is minimally held by a very small overlap of self adhesive, and the battery lead runs across inside this cover, so the slightest pull as will occur in normal use NOT abuse will cause this end cover to come partially away, exposing connections to probable short and fire. Some are now being delivered with this end already loosened, presumably by heat in transit.
Examples (of many EBay sellers in UK). All have silver and black labels with "CE" (likely China Export not actual Euro certification) and no makers origin. Label reads "Li-Po 35C 220mAh 3.7v"

Even Banggood's own labelled product on their website is now being shown without this formerly standard strengthening.
The correctly protected batteries (of the past) have a reinforced tape wrap over the yellow end, the traditional thick transparant tape with stripes of fibreglass type strengthening material which looks silver in light, unmistakable to the most casual inspection. This wraps completely around the battery longtitudenally under the identification label and over the yellow end. The terminals end is secure IF this tape is present, but NONE of the current type have this protection.
Be careful out there!!!!
