For anyone who hasn't already seen this, it's a pretty amazing story to watch, and Josef has to be saluted for building a company up from virtually nothing with just a few people to what it is now with over 400 staff. From seemingly chaotic beginnings to the slick production line it is today, it's quite some achievement. However, looking around at the "messy" environment that some of the employees are working in even today, if that was me then I think my OCD would go into overdrive and I'm not sure that I'd be able to cope
