Video dropouts
#1
I have just finished the rebuild on my qav210 with kiss fc and 24a esc's but I am having issues with the video and osd on the bench.

When I give the throttle a punch on the bench with no props the video drops off and comes back but the osd doesn't come back at all until a hard reset.

The camera and vtx are running from 12v on the pdb and the osd is getting it's 5v from the pdb.

I have run the multimeter on them while testing the punches and the 5v output is solid and the 12v output has a little flicker which is too quick for my meter to accurately track.

Camera is the Foxeer HS1177, vtx is eachine ET200R, osd is the flyduino one with the Kiss firmware.

My first thoughts were it was the active breaking causing spikes in the voltage affecting the 12/5v output but now I'm not sure what's causing it.

Any suggestions?

Cheers!

The MinimOSD is extremely sensitive with noise in the 5V power
Maybe your PDB has a shitty LC filter?

Try adding a capacitor at the 5V/GND of your OSD? something like 220uF?
