I've had to go through this myself with them (they sent the wrong nylon screws - I took a photo of the screw box, sent it in. They sent another box of screws and didn't even want the old ones back).
I agree, we cannot expect banggood to find enough fpv-proficient people just for their CS-center..
I am ordering from Switzerland, and banggood.com is by far the most reliable and efficient supplier! (..over hobbyking which asks ridiculous amounts for shipping - they once asked 476 dollars delivery for a 300 dollar parcel - okay it was heavy - or aliexpress which is very cheap but takes eons to deliver, or gearbest which screws up orders.. Expensive freight, but VERY reliable and communicative I found to be the guys of ImpulseRC, big thumbs up!!) I've had some minor issues with my purchases at banggood (..and - equally dumbfolded - just sent them a bloody surgical picture because I could not come up with a pic of something that was missing), but if you remain correct and "give them what they want" - meaning that you help out your CS-person to communicate with the "next" instance (..as you stated, Oscar, how could they know about all banggood products?), I found them to be very generous and no fuzz.
Just my opinion..
