Vendors List - What is this for?
#1
In this forum section we feature a list of FPV vendors around the world.

Only members with 20+ post count can give feedback.

For customers, you can:
  • find your local shops
  • rate and give reviews to the shops
  • get support from the shop (if they are available)
For vendors, you can
  • inform your customers and promote your new product listings
  • communicate with customers more quickly and openly
How to add a shop?

If you are a shop owner/representative, please email me using your company email: your username on the forum and shop detail. I will make your account "Verified Vendor" and you will then have full access to this forum section. (lacg$lzh AT hotmail . com - remove "$")

If you are just a regular member, simply reply to this thread with the following information, and a forum staff will add a thread for the shop later on:
  • Shop Name
  • URL link
  • Shop Location (continent/country/city)
  • Accept Paypal?
  • Product Category/Specialty, e.g. (All / Frame / Motor / ESC / batteries etc...)
.

A lot of people already know about RDQ but for those that don't I wanted to share that their customer service is excellent.  I started down this road of addiction...err...quad flying...last August and I've been buying 99% of my quad gear from RDQ.  In that time I've spent a lot of money with them and ran into a few quality issues.  Without fail, when those quality issues occurred RDQ has addressed the situation without question.

One example, roughly 3 weeks ago I bought a new AIO board for a 4" LR build.  I got finished installing things yesterday and last night I went to plug the AIO into my PC to do the Betaflight set-up for the first time.  Upon plugging it in the USB connector popped off the board.  Talk about disappointing...  So I took a couple photos of the issue and sent a note off the RDQ.  This morning when I woke up I had an email informing me that they had shipped out a new board and to keep the old one.  THAT is the definition of customer service.

This kind of service is why I do all my shopping at RDQ.  The few times I don't are those rare times when they don't carry the product I need or they are out of stock and I'm in a hurry.

I had a really good customer service interaction with blackmarketfpv and wanted to give them a mention here.

I have bought from their ebay store and from their online website
When I brought a problem with a product(not their fault) to their attention by email I got my item replaced promptly and some very nice and professional communications.

BlackMarketFPV
8315 Northern Blvd 2nd Floor, Queens, NY 11372

I think they do accept PayPal, certainly their eBay store does
Hope I filled this out more or less correctly!
