Freestyle Tuning Principles | Betaflight

The link above goes into a bit of detail about this feature.  I was wondering if anyone has tried this feature?  I'm looking to try it out on my 1S 3" toothpick build.  Quad66 on YT says it works well, there's a bit to do with the setting and also lowering PIDS a bit to account for turning on this setting.

Anyone else tried it out?  What rig did you try it out on?
