0 On one of my quads I get unwanted pitch up when I do a 180 turn at speed. I have to push stick forward to keep it from doing that. Another of my quads does turns perfectly but I can't copy the PIDs since one is using 5 inch props and the other 4 inch.

0 I might suggest reading up on PID tuning. You didn't really give us much to go on. Lots (and I mean LOTS) of info out there on PID tuning, troubleshooting, etc.
Around the 4:00 mark, Joshua mentions that his quad is pitching 'up' after a few maneuvers.

45 I'm also new to the whole PID tuning thing, but the first thing I'd try is lowering the yaw pitch rate

15 stupid question... can it be related to center of gravity ? (ie battery placed on the back, you do the spin your "front" goes up, you correct via stick input)?
All the best

30 25-Nov-2016, 08:10 PM (This post was last modified: 25-Nov-2016, 08:13 PM by fftunes.) Assuming the center of gravity is more or less correct, solution should either be to increase pitch P or pitch I.
Unless there's other problems which could be checked for in logs. Like one of the rear motors lacking response time or something on quick throttle-up (i imagine you kind of 'jump' into corners with pretty low throttle). In case this happens at zero throttle you could also increase min throttle.
Btw what firmware? Maybe airmode off?
