Turns out I soldered ESC wires to 5V. Corrected the wiring, now I can detect all ESC on BLheli Suite.

I tested the motor via betaflight with the smoke stopper attached. When I test the motor spin and push up the "master" slider, the smoke stopper light bulb light up as I push the slider. Is this a potential problem or is this normal?

Glad you got it fixed! It is normal for smoke stopper to light while spooling up motors.
