Tx not connecting to fc
#1
Hey dudes. You guys have been great. Figured out a lot through reading the site and you tube. But another newbie question. My spectrum radio is bound to the serial telemetry receiver all motors running the correct way(awesome tutorial by the way) but in clean flight the radio is not working. Nor out of clean flight. I know it it is something small. Plz help. So close. This would be a great Xmas present! Lol

How do you want to connect it, pwm, ppm or serial. Witch RX and FC are you using?

To see the movement in the Receiver tab in Cleanflight, turn on the transmitter first, then plug in the USB cable and connect to Cleanflight.

(The other issue is probably an arming issue.)

You should have one of your UARTs set to Serial RX in the Ports tab (usually UART 2 or UART 3).

What is your flight controller, and where are your leads from Rx connected? (photo would be good)

And after that you go to the “Configuration” tab and scroll part of the way down. In “Receiver Mode”, select RX_SERIAL. In “Serial Receiver Provider”, select SPEKTRUM2048.Click “Save and Reboot”.
