#1
What's everyone's prefered TX Gimbals tensions?

Wanting to adjust the tension on my Taranis gimbals curious to know what everyone else prefers for each axis
Throttle/pitch/roll/yaw.

I like having them as loose as possible. I loosen them until they can't recenter and then back a bit. Remove the "clicks" on the throttle and then in firmware put yaw deadband around 10.

I have the right stick (mode 2) as loose as possible so that it still centers, on the left stick I have the yaw as tight as possible and throttle loose enough to hold its position.

Oscar's got a good tutorial on how to adjust gimbals: https://oscarliang.com/transmitter-gimba...aranis-tx/

I couldn't tighten mine enough so I replaced the gimbals with better ones. I dunno how anyone can fly with loose sticks

I have mine pretty stiff, I pinch my sticks and sometimes during a flight I'll have to readjust my grip so I'll let them go slightly and it helps me to know they are center when I grip them again.

I like firmer sticks also.

I like my throttle loose to the point it barely holds position when let go. As for the rest of them, don't care really as long as they work reasonably smooth.
Find me on Youtube and Instagram. I currently fly: DRC Aura, NOX5R, Minimalist 112 and drive a scrap RC car
