Inspired by the RS90, FlexRC Owl and DJ105 enclosed prop designs, I have set out to make a capable 2S indoor and outdoor quad that you can easily create at home, add your own electronics stack and fly without fear of breaking.

There are 15x15mm and 20x20mm FC mounting holes on the top frame. If you want to use an AIO stack, you may need to fiddle a bit to get everything in - especially with a 20x20mm stack!

My build list:

2mm nylon hardware (x20 M2x10mm)
15mm standoffs (x10)
Racerstar 1103 motors (x4 10,000kv)
Gemfan 2040 quad blade props x4
Eachine Teenycube 15x15mm F3 Flight Controller with PDB
Racerstar 6A 1-2S ESC's (x4)
Runcam Nano FPV camera
Eachine VTX01 Super Mini 5.8G 40CH 25mW FPV Transmitter
Frsky R-XSR Rx

It's still a work in progress, but it'll be tweaking rather than a full redesign (unless I'm told it's totally crap!) [Image: tongue.gif]

Nice Jimbo! I particularly like the pusher config with nothing to limit the downward airflow, sadly I don't have a 3D printer  Sad

Just uploaded the 5th revision and hopefully final design. The two internal standoffs have been moved fore and aft of the FC stack and battery strap holes have been enlarged on both the top and bottom plate.

Updated the Thingiverse files and pics too...

Still in the process of soldering in the electrics and managed to kill both of mt VTX01's so having to wait for a new one from Banggood...

I've just updated the files on Thingiverse again allowing for a 16x16mm stack - it's now a slot giving 15x15 or 16x16mm mounting options (20x20mm holes are as they were).

It seems that the 15x15mm FC and AiO ESC 2S options are no longer available on Banggood or Gearbest, so looking at 16x16mm as the way forward for the second build...
