Do you have the connector for the port?

According to manual voltage is 5V.

Looking at the wiring harness that comes with the Blade Torrent ESC (in the image at the bottom of this post) it has a a white wire, a back wire, a red wire and then 4 white wires, in that order. You should be able to map those wires to the pins on the FC you have based on whichever way up the connector on the board is.

Based on Voodoo's post, the red wire will likely be 5V outut from the ESC board to the FC, and the black wire will be GND. The 4 white wires next to each other will very likely be the 4 signal wires for motors 1, 2, 3 & 4. I'm not sure what the other white wire on the end might be for. It could possibly be for current sensing.

If you're intending on using a different ESC with this FC then you can either do trial and error wiring to each of the 4 motor signal pins on that FC connector until you get the motor order correct, or you can just wire them in any order and then do resource remapping in the Betaflight Configurator to reconfigure each motor to be in the order that Betaflight is expecting it to be.

EDIT: The model number of that Flight Controller is SPMFCMF300 and a manual for it can be found HERE.

If you have the correct plug connected, there should not be any chance of smoking unless the FC is defective. The black wire will be ground, red 5V and white ESCs. Now you just need to figure which ESCs go with which motor. If you figure out the first one, the rest should just follow.
