They will contact SkyZone and it goes from there.
There simply is no way to show what is going on in a picture in this case.

Electronically everything works and I can adjust dipoter to my prescription but the PID will not adjust to 62mm as description says it will.
Unless I wear an eye patch or close one eye I see two of everything side by side the edges touch and that’s as close as I can get them.
Definitely can’t fly with using them.

Hrmmm have you used goggle type goggles before? As opposed to single-screen box type? If not, the the issue might be your brain. hahaha. I laugh because I had the same issue when I first got my 04Xs. These are my first goggle type and I could not "unsee" the two screens. They would not merge into a single picture while looking at static or the menus. Only when I connected to a camera and looked at real life did my brain click and view everything as one. You have to force your eyes/brain sort of like those magic eye posters. Once it clicks it clicks and now its fine for menus, static, camera, everything.

I bought my 04Xs from RaceDayQuads and mine were defective. They asked me to take pics and talk to Skyzone and I basically told them that that's nonsense and to send me a new pair and they did. Worst case look into your credit card return protection type features. Skyzone ended up getting back to me like five days after I received my replacement goggles...

I have another set of dual screen goggles and not a problem with getting dual images. It’s actually 3 images with 04X. Left, right and where they mesh together.
I strongly suspect the screens are not lined up with optics.

I think my optic needs just aren’t getting corrected using the sliders or focus adjustment.
My DJI goggles uses lenses and +3.5 lenses and I get good clear vision.
They are great goggles but I kept seeing two of everything and sometimes three so I never did fly using them.

I ended up returning them and until I find out if they were defective there’s nothing I can do.

Since I use +3.5 in DJI goggles I bought some 3,5 reading glasses took out lenses and laid them over optics and then the problems went away in seconds.
Gluing in lenses won’t work for adjustable optic type goggles or I would have kept them.

I use these on my goggles, but they don't make them stronger than +3.00.

You have those on 04X goggles?
I tried seeing if there was a way to mount lenses but the scope would hit lenses and the lenses would be so close to eyes they likely get smeared.
I tried using a set of +3.5 reading glasses lenses and by keeping goggles face down I was able place lense over optics while looking through goggles and sure enough the problems went away.
So using +3.5 lenses solved the problems I was having but they were supposed to have the ability to do so according parameters of +6 to -6.
I tried figuring out ways to mount lenses but it was too tight and air vents got blocked, just too risky carving up 500.00 goggles.
Unless the optics were somehow defective or have more adjustable left blocked by the limits of the dials and a tear down was needed to move centering more to the + side I had goggles I couldn’t see out of and double images would be unsafe.
They are great goggles and I think quadversity or dual receivers does improve the area of reception.Maybe not distance but by videos during turns and around obstacles the dual receivers mopped competition.
I’m am getting tested for contact lenses so maybe that’s my only solution for adjustable type diopters.
In a way the lenses inserts have more flexibility and if goggles had both a lens insert and fine tuning, that would be great.

I have them on my EV200D's, they don't have adjustable focus. They are pretty thin, can be cut to shape with sharp scissors, and just stick on with a drop of water. I would prefer contacts, but I kept breaking blood vessels in my eyes taking them out, just got tired of walking around with vampire eye(rough hands I guess).

I used to wear hard plastic contacts and they worked but the soft, gas permeable and others just turned eyes scratchy, red, and I went back to glasses.
If I walked into Walmart my eyes would start burning especially around clothes and it was probably fabric guard of sorts or cleaning chemicals perhaps.
I’m going to try again and speak with doctor about goggles too.
I’m thinking goggles with lens inserts are the best way to go or if they had both a lens insert and fine tuning adjustment.
I did like the 04X and wanted to keep them but if you can’t see good enough to focus they will sit and draw dust.
