Just wanted to say hello and introduce myself to everyone. My names Jon I'm from Kentucky and I'm brand new to the hobby. I've been flying LOS toy quads for a few months and also playing Freerider pretty much every day for the last month or 2. I just recently bought a Walkera f210 and had my first FPV flight yesterday and man am I hooked now.

Welcome. It's easy to get hooked.

I lived in Owensboro a long time ago and visited relatives in Winchester. Really like the roads in the eastern hill areas, great for riding my bike. Probably a lot of good places to fly there.

Thanks for the welcome everyone. Hypurr there are a ton of great back roads to ride all across the state, just pick a direction and go. As far as flying, Right now I'm mostly just flying parks and fields but I've got my eye on some places once I get more comfortable.

Yes, there are.  I trailered my bike there since it was a family thing and every morning I would take off and ride.  The roads were well paved and not much traffic.  Lots of curves, too.  Smile  Only thing I had to watch out for were the coal trucks racing around the corners and the occasional corner driveway with rocks splattered on the road.
