The Jello Train
#1
I went back and forth on if I would post this video on the forum or not... Much about making the video and the qualities of the video went wrong along the way but then I decided that the location was too good not to post this video. The spot that I am flying is in the same park from some of the clips in my Georgia Florida Trippin video, but in a different part of the park.

This video is made with teh'Stein which has some mild tuning issues and I am working on my camera mount situation as well. As a result the video has a bit of Jello shots and really isn't good enough quality but I had fun flying it and wanted to share :Smile

I'll definitely be back to this spot later after all the storms have cleared out and it's possible to travel on I75 again.

Nice Carl, I'm not sure if your were just warming up at the beginning, but it looked like you don't quite have the same confidence flying teh'Stein as your other models?

Yeah that's something I forgot to mention.

Originally this was going to be spot number one out of 3 or 4 different flying locations that I was planning on visiting before I had to turn back due to evacuations from Hurricane Irma.

As a result this is literally batteries number 1-5 for the flying day. My first 3 batteries were warm up... it wasn't until Battery # 4 (which starts at about 3 min in) that I started flying the way that I've been trying to fly lately. Then because my trip got cut short all the footage I had were those 5 batteries and I decided to post a video's worth rather than not post it.

My sharing with you guys on these videos is kinda like my way of flying with you guys. I have some people that I fly with in person but generally I don't learn as much from them so I use my sharing of the videos to keep pushing myself to learn more and more. In some cases, like this one, I post the crap moves too lol... because I am not ashamed of errors. I still have a ton of work to do before I am as good as I want to be Smile

Feeling the  Heart  bruh!

Still waiting for replacement parts for the tiny7 otherwise I would also be sharing. It's this time of year that the weather starts here, we've had some nice still days but its been a bit wet, I wanted to fly planes with my nephew on the weekend but rain stopped play.

a good spot where it's really visible is at 1:00-1:02 or so

Another thing that is really affecting my flying on this one is the props. Having a lot less pitch makes the whole thing feel looser somehow. This is only until I get my feel for everything because once I am starting to be used to the feel again it no longer feels loose.

lol... you caught that huh? Yeah I definitely have picked up the habit of trying to blow off a tough situation... unfortunately this also has gotten me in quite a bit of trouble. I've been stuck in more trees in the last month that I had been the entire time I flew before that. I tried to make a video out of one of the times getting stuck but I forgot that I minimized the audio from the runcam and none of the footage really had any audio lol... It was a play on the "Charpu doesn't have morals" video... I said that I do have morals and would keep the stick that I went and bought... it was going to be funny darnit x.x oh well though :p
