The Cheapest F4 Flight controller for Raceflight?
#1
This is probably the cheapest F4 FC you can find.
http://www.banggood.com/Raceflight-F4-ST...83932.html
  • Weight: 5g
  • STM32F4 CPU
  • MPU6000 accelerometers and gyroscopes
  • MicroUSB socket
  • 1x7pin JST-SH socket (SUBS,SERIAL,RX,TX,5V,GND)
  • 6X3pin though-holes for pin headers for ESC
  • 36x 36mm board,30.5mm mounting holes
Seems to be a very basic FC with no additional hardware like BEC or MicroSD.
Doesn't seem to even have VBAT or buzzer pins...  Huh Huh
At this stage we don't even know what firmware target we should use with  this FC

Looks like no Spektrum support either - what are they thinking?

By the way, the Flip32 F4 is a couple of bucks cheaper and has way more features.

I've got one I'm planning to use in an upcoming build.

Or the revo F4. First one i got with raceflight, was a bit of a pain to flash, but since betaflight 3.0.0 is out they offer that too.

I think CC3D Atom is much cheaper than this. Please do a review on it.

Atom is F1 FC, maybe you want to google "f4 flight controller" Smile

One of the local hobby shops is selling this board and says you flash this board with Revo firmware.

Hm maybe he means this board? http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store...oller.html

Reviews don't sound so good though. I wouldn't dare.
