03-Oct-2017, 09:18 AM Such beautiful, fluid flight. He's very, very good. 04-Oct-2017, 10:09 AM Definitely a good one. I had just watched his video about not being able to get a flight-only video out lately (posted a couple of weeks ago) so it's cool to see him manage to get one. carl.vegas Current Quads: Operational: Diatone GT2 200 In need of repair: Bumble Bee, tehStein, Slightly modified Vortex 250 24-Oct-2017, 12:27 PM here a little gem from johny fpv crusing around in my flight place Fly deep, fast and crash - repair and then repeat! Well, OK, it's only autumn yet but it's getting less comfortable outside day by day. Colder, wetter, darker. But that's no excuse to neglect practicing. Yesterday I returned to one of my all time favorite spots and had the idea to go all minimalistic and get as much as possible out of a single tree. 05-Dec-2017, 07:51 PM Can't wait to get home and check these out, some great videos here. Here's one of my favorites. It's not fancy but I like the way that he left the sound of the quad above the music and got some great third person shots edited into the FPV footage. This is another. It might be cliche' but again you can hear the quad and the music is good, too. It was also done in one take without edits. I'm still amazed every time I see this one. It really got me into FPV. 05-Dec-2017, 08:44 PM (This post was last modified: 05-Dec-2017, 08:45 PM by flightmode0.) Love the last one as well, good music. I wonder if he ever got stuck in one of these treetops. 06-Dec-2017, 02:58 PM flightmode0 Wrote:Love the last one as well, good music. I wonder if he ever got stuck in one of these treetops. I'm sure he did. He's mentioned before that he probably crashes more than others do and that you should always have plenty of extra quads with you. Here's a good fail compilation. Seeing this kind of video makes me feel a little better about all of my fails which are quite numerous. 07-Dec-2017, 08:56 AM My very first battery after months of flying, I told myself I'd post it no matter how rusty my flying was! I hope you guys enjoy nonetheless, let me know what you think and feel free to sub if you liked the mini edit! 08-Dec-2017, 10:36 AM the future of our loved hobby is bright my friends! The tree deserves an Emmy. "Damn the torpedoes!!! Full speed ahead!!!" |
