Question
30 second call out on timer Taranis
How can I get my Taranis to do a vocal call out every 30 seconds instead minutes on a timer set up to throttle?

You can write a LUA script based on the timer...

Would you please explain that?

You program a script comparing the timer value and playing the corresponding vocal...

I'm not sure, but I think you can do it with logical switches and special functions on the taranis.

1. Try setting up logical switches that compares the timer with a set time, like 30sec, 1 min, 1.5min etc

2. Under special functions, make the logic switch activate a time readout

you could always set 2 timers... let's say you wanted 3 min's flight time... you could set one to 3min, and the other to 2:30... then it would say "2"... and then 30 seconds later it would say "2"... and then 30 second later it would say "1" then 30 seconds later it would say "30 second" then ten seconds later "20 seconds" then "10 seconds 10 seconds 10 seconds... etc" lol... then after those ran out "30 seconds" etc.

While it wouldn't be saying exactly what you're trying to say it's a low tech way to achieve the general idea.

Carl,

I am going with your idea as I am not a real programer. Thanks.
