SPF3 issues.
#1
I should start by saying I'm a total noob in the world of quads and FPV.  I've been building my very first Quadcopter for the last day. I've successfully gotten the controller to show values in Cleanflight and I've been able to spin up the motors in CF With no issues, however I have been unable to get the controller to do anything and thus I cannot fly it at the moment. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong?
Thank you all for helping me out! I hope to pass it forward one day,

We need more information.

What is your parts list?
Receiver? Transmitter?

Did you bind your transmitter and receiver?

What have you done so far, step by step.

Oh right absolutely! I'm using a FlySky FS-I6X + FS-IA6B receiver. The receiver is bound successfully to the controller. I assembled BLHeli 20A esc's and EMAX 2205S Motors into a 230mm frame. It's connected together with a pdb from Matek Systems and a Cheap (knockoff I think) SP-F3 and 3S 1500Mah lipos. Again, It seems to all work, I can get the motors to spin with the Cleanflight interface and I can see the controller move but it wont fly.

Have you setup your arm switch in the mode tab?

Yes, My controller is only 6 channel at the moment. (going to hack it to 10 soon) so I'm using one of the 2 knobs to set the arm to active. However, It's not turning green in the CF window when I set it in range on the controller. [edit: It will arm now, however it only spins up the #4 motor and sets all motor values to 1069]

Have you calibrate your ESCs

I'd need to look into doing that. The problem isnt to do with the ESC's, they spool up. It seems to be with a setting in the F3 board or something along those lines.

Yes they spins up. But they are not spinning up evenly. Try esc calibration. Simple procedures.

Update: I smoked my SPF3 with the BEC on one of my esc's on accident. That was dumb. I think this board was defective anyways so I'm not too concerned about it. I'd like to try a replacement to see if the problem persists. Thanks to you both for responding to me!
