388 Yes they spins up. But they are not spinning up evenly. Try esc calibration. Simple procedures.

0 Update: I smoked my SPF3 with the BEC on one of my esc's on accident. That was dumb. I think this board was defective anyways so I'm not too concerned about it. I'd like to try a replacement to see if the problem persists. Thanks to you both for responding to me!
