Speedybee was recently released by Runcam to be used with their Bluetooth module for betaflight configuration on mobile. Oscar actually mentioned about the app first. Available for Android and iOS.

If you don't have a Bluetooth module, don't worry. You can use this app with OTG cable. I did some quick testing and can tell you that it works. The app also has full CLI function. Some features can only be changed with CLI, so this is nice to have in the field.
You will not be able to exclusively use this for everything because flashing firmware is not possible. Also, there is no auto connect. I have confirmed this with tech support. Maybe in future version. When you save and reboot, you have to disconnect everything and reconnect.
How to use with OTG cable :
You will need an OTG cable or a OTG adapter and regular USB data cable. Amazon has tons.
The OTG adapter plugs into the phone or tablet, NOT the FC. You will also need to power FC with lipo. App should automatically scan for device. A STM32 device will be listed and you will select it to connect. Once in, it is very similar to BFC.
I don't have a Bluetooth module, so I can't attest to it. The cable works fairly well.
