i have find that app on the playstore that i want to ask if is safe to use to configure the bf on the drones when you are outside of the house ?

so fare i have always used the mobile version of bf but i have noticed that the least portable version of bf is the 10.7.0 and now that i have flashed the new version of firmware on the drone (4.2.11) i have fear to messing up the settings using an old version of the configurator , bf configurator 10.7.1 or 10.7.2 is not available for android.

but the symbol is the same of the betaflight, i don't know if runcam own betaflight so maybe is an official app

It is perfectly fine and safe to use the official Betaflight Configurator 10.7.0 Android app with all versions of Betaflight 4.2.11 and prior.

10.7.1 and 10.7.2 of the Windows / Mac version  just fixed a couple of bugs in the configurator itself. Nothing in the 10.7.0 configurator will break anything in Betaflight 4.2.11 firmware.

The Speedybee app is developed by Runcam and is also perfectly safe to use. It's what everyone had to use before the Betaflight devs released an Android version of the original configurator.
